Assessments and Profiling
We use behavioural and aptitude assessments to enable our clients to maximise the effectiveness of their recruitment, development, coaching, training and retention.
For our candidates it’s a useful tool that gives valuable insight into some of their key motivators and where their strengths and challenges are.
Ultimately though these assessments are a guide and used as part of the overall recruitment process.
GIA Assessments:
How quickly you learn new procedures and react to change can mean the difference between success and failure in your job. And a CV can only tell them so much.
Delivered online through our partners website - Thomas International - Thomas GIA or in a supervised pencil and paper format through Thomas TST, these assessments provide a report which will answer questions about you - for example;
- Can this person think on their feet?
- How adaptable is this person to change?
- Can they cope with the mental demands of the job?
- Could this person be a high flyer?
- Is this person a problem solver?
- To what extent can we develop this person using training?
- Is this person sufficiently challenged?
- Do they have the capacity to handle greater mental demands in their role?
- Could this person drive change in the organisation?
