BPS grow team to extend services

It's spring! and what better time to welcome onboard our new starters -

Francine Stewart

Francine has an experienced commercial background, which has allowed her to develop great insight into resourcing from a client’s viewpoint and an in-depth understanding of their requirements.  Her specialist knowledge has covered tailored solutions for full lifecycle recruitment; from Volume to Headhunting and Search and Selection across all areas of the Nuclear and Commercial markets from Graduate to Director level.  Francine is committed to attaining the highest possible standards and adheres to core values of integrity, professionalism and proactive response.

David Fawzy

David is an experienced recruiter with full life cycle recruitment experience.  David has specialist knowledge across multiple disciplines including Search and Selection, Headhunting, assessments, attraction strategy, offer management and on-boarding. He also has extensive experience in Sales, IT and Commercial recruitment from Graduate to Director Level.

Seth Armstrong

Seth has over 20 years of experience in technology roles, and for the last six of those he has specialised in RPO business intelligence and management information. He is an Excel and VBA guru and enjoys developing new and innovative solutions. "I always like to know how things work, whether it’s mechanical, software, social interaction, any system really, and this has shaped my career choices and drawn me to roles where I can practice my troubleshooting and problem solving skills". 

Aaron Hubbard

Aaron is an experienced recruiter with full life cycle recruitment experience (attraction strategy, selection, offer management, on-boarding) and with specialist knowledge across multiple disciplines including Accountancy & Finance, Commercial and IT roles. He has expertise in a number of key markets including Financial Services, Local Government, Public & Private Sectors.

Kelly Laine

Kelly is a Recruiter for BPS Europe on one of their largest accounts, Nuvia Ltd. Her key responsibility is to hire talented staff with the Nuclear Engineering sector for several locations across the UK. Prior to joining Kelly’s experience consisted of 13 years in the recruitment arena, having worked for 8 years at Manpower within Sales, Key accounts and analytical positions, followed by 5 years at Holden Jones in the Financial recruitment industry. Kelly is an organised dedicated team member who has true depth of experience in candidate interviewing, attraction strategies, networking and loves the challenge of recruitment; she thrives on finding candidates the right positions.
